Thank you for your interest in iConnexUs. This app is free in the App Store which uses the standard 15 attributes. If you are having a meeting that you would like to tailor the attributes to maximize your events networking, we can tailor the attributes. If your events have fewer than 60 attendees, please order the Small event package for a one year license. If larger than 60 attendees, order the Large event package. You will be contacted by customer support to walk you thru the attribute modification process. For questions, please call customer support at 612-207-7571.

Why don’t I see anyone when I touch the NEAR screen button?

Either you don’t have a WiFi connection; you are on the wrong WiFi connection; or the WiFi connection doesn’t support inter-channel communication, which allows devices in a room to “talk” to each other. If it’s the latter, talk to the WiFi supplier to get Channel 80 turned on.

If there is no WiFi in the room, how do I get it?

You can purchase a router for about $50 and set it up and are good to go.

What if I still don’t see anyone on the NEAR screen?

Then no one is in the WiFi area with this app turned on. If you are in a retail establishment like a bar or a coffee shop, tell the owner to get iConnexUs in his/her store . You want to connect with others there and they don’t know about us YET. You can tell them and YOU will be a hero because YOU are adding value to their business. Send them to this web site, and soon you will be able to connect with others at that establishment….. and you will be our best friend. Thanks
