If your events have fewer than 40 attendees, please order the Mini event package for a one year license.  If your meeting usually have between 40  – 60 attendees, order the Small event package.  If more than 60, contact customer service for details.

Why don’t I see anyone when I touch the NEAR screen button?

 Either you don’t have a WiFi connection;  you are on the wrong WiFi connection;  or the WiFi connection doesn’t support inter-channel communication, which allows devices in a room to “talk” to each other.  If it’s the latter, talk to the WiFi supplier to get Channel 80 turned on.

If there is no WiFi in the room, how do I get it?  

You can purchase a router for about $50 and set it up and are good to go.

What if I still don’t see anyone on the NEAR screen?

Then no one is in the WiFi area with this app turned on. If you are in a retail establishment like a bar or a coffee shop, tell the owner to get iConnexUS in his/her store .  You want to connect with others there and they don’t know about us YET.  You can tell them and YOU will be a hero because YOU are adding value to their business.  Send them to this web site, and soon you will be able to connect with others at that establishment….. and you will be our best friend. When do you expect it will be on the Android platform?

Any week now. We are now down to the final bug or two.

 

Privacy code:  Primmo Apps stores no data in this app.  Your device stores your profile information only.  Any data exchanged with other devices is removed from all devices when the Wi-Fi connection is terminated.

Networking Tips:

Networking should be to help other people.  Just like making love, do unto others …

With this attitude you are one step ahead of the game.

Ask a couple of key questions to find out their needs.

There is no need to scatter your business cards across the room. Instead, focus on finding people that are relevant to you.

Don’t leave networking to chance. Take some time and define what you are looking for.

Quantify how much time you’re going to take.

Start by offering praise, not requesting help.

Try to provide as much value as you possibly can. The more value you create, the more it will come back to you many times over. Focus all of your networking efforts on helping the people you contact.

Develop the habit of introducing people. Connecting like-minded people is a powerful to enhance your network.

Try to contact one person per day. If you reach out to 5 new people every week, that would be about 250 per year.

Don’t take “No,” personally. Everyone is busy. For most people, it’s simply a matter of timing.

Network with the intention of helping other people, not yourself.

Networking is more about listening to what people say than saying the right things.
